Mornings with Mommy isn’t preschool, and it isn’t childcare.

It’s something different.

Mornings with Mommy is a fun and easy way for you to enjoy activities with your children while meeting other moms. There’s age-appropriate activities for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. And the best part is, we do all the planning! You simply sign up!

Moms can mingle with each other and enjoy activities with their children including: arts and crafts, sensory table, flannel stories and story time, music, educational toys, and a snack.

Program Cost: $5 per session; includes all snacks and activities.

Who: Children ages 0-5 years and their caregivers. Please do not bring older siblings.

What: Educational play-dates with caregivers for infants through preschool. Themes will include All about Art, Wild Animals, Bugs, Worms and Little Things, and Fall Fun!

Where: Divine Peace Lutheran Church / 305 S Fannin St. Rockwall, TX

When: 1st and 3rd Wednesdays, 9:30 - 10:30 AM or 11 AM - 12 PM

Cost: $5 per family per session. Online payments are required with registration at this time.

Registration: We want to be prepared for you and your little ones, so registration is required for each session.

What will we be doing at Mornings with Mommy?

Each session is a little different because each one has its own theme, but the basic structure will be consistent. We will begin with language and literacy activities on the big rug (stories and songs).

After that the director will explain the different stations set up in the room. These stations will include arts, crafts, sensory activities, gross motor skills and fine motor skills and an infant area. Then you will explore these activities at your own pace with your child.

Snack will be served at the end of the session. You may enjoy it at Mornings with Mommy or take it to go for the ride home.
